Judo For Adults

Designed with flexibility in mind, our adult program caters to everyone 12 and older. Whether you’re a parent with a child in the kids program or an individual looking to dive into judo, our overlapping sessions ensure you get the most out of your training. Stay for a single session or challenge yourself with two hours of training.

Judo Class Schedule

Tuesday & Thursday

Kids: 6:30–7:30pm

Adults: 6:30–7:30pm and/or 7:30–8:30pm

Overlapping classes so you can participate with your kids and experience the benefits of Judo. Not a parent? No problem. Attend the first, second, or both classes to match your schedule and intensity.

Sunday (optional)

3:00–4:30pm

Dedicated to kata practice or self-directed training, guided by a black belt instructor. This is your chance to refine techniques, prepare for tournaments, or simply enjoy additional practice time in a supportive setting.
