No special equipment required – just wear sweatpants and a long-sleeved shirt (recommended) or a t-shirt will do. Also, remember to keep your fingernails and toenails trimmed.

Our Judo class starts with a light stretch and warm-up. A lesson and concept are taught with very helpful details that make it easy for anyone to understand. We then pair up and practice the techniques. New students are paired up with more experienced students to help them along.

Beginners are not required to purchase a Judo Gi immediately. However, it is recommended for continued practice and available for purchase from $65 to $85.

Absolutely! Our adult programs are designed for participants of all levels, including complete beginners. Judo is a rewarding journey at any age or skill level.
